Well I almost posted that I agree with you and then you said that you drive 4000 miles a week average legally. Really? Let's do the math! Awe hell, what's the point. The fact is that it's impossible to drive 4000 miles a week average legally. I too have electronic logs and last year logged 165,000 miles, grossed $64,500 and drove my butt off, for a different company of course. I know what it takes to drive 4000 miles in a week and have done just that once in a while but no way could anyone, I don't care who you are and who you drive for can drive this week in and week out for an average and do it "legally". Legal being the operative word. Also if your driving an average of 4000 miles a week and only bring home $800 I sure wouldn't brag about it, I'd go out and find a real job. Just saying!!

You have to be a company driver. As an IC...I ran 3800+ miles last week and only made 1K....IC's get screwed....June 2012 I ran nearly 12K mikes and only cleared $120.00...

This is the most unethical, immoral, greedy and shameful company in the United States. The company mission statement should read as follows: We will manipulate all laws, we will isolate our business to Utah. We will manipulate and exploit all people into slave labor for our benefit and the benefit of our church. Morals are for us only and greed is our driving force. All others we will manipulate for our benefit.

I agree with you 100% Congress needs to get of their butts and go after the owners of companies like CREngland. Thanks for your post. Maybe you could share with the readers how they talked you into a lease program.

I agree these contracts are impossible to read, that's why you don't sign. Don't ever sign your name to paper without a clear understanding, otherwise you could end up in the French Foreign Legion like Laurel and Hardy.

This is a situation that calls for PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY, not government intervention. Those who do not inform themselves are apt to do stupid things.

I am in 100% agreement. Name me one thing other than the Military that the Government does well? If you know it is a bad company then don't go there, figure this stuff out before making a decision. The last thing I want is the government, of either side, telling me what I can and can't do with my life, stay the hell out of my way. I grow tired of more and more people relying on government, local or Fed to give them something or to go after somebody.

Sad part is that so many new drivers get sucked into CREs little game, and only THEN do they seek out forums on which to vent their anger and frustration. If they had worked that hard to research their choice BEFORE going, they wouldn't have this problem.

If Congress got off it's buttox and went after the owners of companies like C.R. England, ...........
it would be to pick up their campaign contribution check,
    along with a re-payment schedule, ---
and a photo op if time permits.

Congressmen and women don't lower themselves to the level of Big truck truck drivers
    and actually talk to 'em.
Instead, those in government depend on an organization for communication with the
rank and file folks drivin' them ol' Big trucks.
The go-to organization preferred by Big government when it comes to Big trucks and those
who drive 'em, seems to be the A.T.A., --- American Trucking Association.
I reckon the first word in their name is what makes that organization stand out above the
other organizations with a less catchy title.
Bein' located in the "A" section in the Roll-0-Dex probably helps too.

It's good to know that the A.T.A. , --- and it's watchful chairmen of the board, ---
one of which is none other than Dan England himself, --- are settin' the course for
the future of Big truck truckin'.
    Imagine that.
    It's twue!
    It's twue!

Any former C.R.E. employee who provides that information, --- as well as anyone on the receivin' end of that information, runs the risk of havin' their DAC dinged, and made to wear a cheap T-shirt imprinted with,
    "I Fell For England
    And I Can't Get Up."
    :help:

    "PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY"?
    Hmmmmmm ------
    What a concept.
But wouldn't that be detrimental to the existence of those afflicted with Perpetual victimitis? Who and what would they have left to exploit? They'd wind up on the Endangered species list.

Hey, wait a minute! Hold on thar.
    I'm somewhat perplexed here.
I've read newBees tellin' wannaBees that it doesn't matter which Big truck truckin' company they sign on with 'cause they're all the same, --- 'cept for the color of their Big trucks.

"Research"? Is that like readin' 150 bad reports in a row, then they read one with glowing reports from someone who reported for orientation the day before, --- so they know, --- and the researcher is satisfied that those 150 bad reports were written by bashers who, for whatever reason, have a grudge against a fine Big truck truckin' company.
    Negative vibes, don't'cha know.
