Loggin on "Line 3" for TMC

Hey that's good for you! (not sarcastic). It just was'nt for me. I would have stayed with TMC if they kept the hometime as promised. I was willing to do what it takes to see my family every week.

 

Yeah I hear you. Im enjoying it but I dont go home as often as others for the time being.

 

I think you just have to give it time. My guess is seniority plays a role.

 

dang blind should be the senior man by now as many newbies go through each week. LOL

 

Seems like most people that are having hometime issues are in Carolinas?

 

my guess is its the same fm for this area, someone needs to go woop that desk jockies arsss. if you are a Vet you do not need to be treated this way, there are to many companys that would love to have you.local,flat, van,reffer what ever you would like just put in the apps while still rolling for them and your phone will ring a a ding ding. if you are in nc, mavericks glass division is out of here. eppes pretty good, mcelroy is ok, and thats the big guys there are many others, and if you like work go food service ( us food, MBM , sysco. i think i heard you can make 70 grand a year but its alot of work, just saying there are options donot let a company mess with your home time, the old saying rings true if mama aint happy nobody is happy...

 

one week of training down and one more to go and might be getting my truck early

 

wow my trainer called road repair and they told him right away to take to a location right down the road!!!!!!

 

blind aint talking he must have got some home time, good for him...

 

I have been in trainers truck for three weeks,he keeps telling me that you can't get out in four anymore. Does anyone know if there is any truth to that or is he just trying to keep me for another log book. I talked to a buddy from orientation and he said his trainers getting him out in four.
