Saw a Roehl flatbed at the paper mill in Johnsonburg yesterday. It was about noon, I was heading to the yard to drop off my van and pick up a flatbed to load for monday. By the time I came back through after loading it was gone.
Busy week this week. I was in the truck all week. We had a couple of guys off, one on vacation and one sick, so it was all hands on deck to get stuff covered. I was still done by 1430, and ran just over 2500 miles since I left monday morning. It used to take me seven days to run that many miles at Roehl... I even made it all the way to Richmond VA this week... Anyway off to Delaware for Monday, then back to Buffalo for Tuesday. I know it is tough, but somebody has to do it!!!Bigdubber Thanks this. -
Still here. Been doing 2x daily runs and reloads, easy stuff. 10 hour days all week. Feeling lazy.

Do you think you need a doubles endorsement for this combination vehicle?
Anyway, I'm still working my tail off at Van Wyk and loving it. I never hear from dispatch unless I call them and I'm averaging about 3100 miles a week. Home every 6-7 days for 2-2.5 off days. Staying out for 13 days this time to offset my vacation. Rented a lake house in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan for the second week in August.Bigdubber Thanks this. -

When they spawn the female lays eggs and leaves and the male guards the eggs and babies until they swim on their own. Quite aggressively too it's cool to watch.Mic and notezbngrn71 Thank this.
