I was looking to go to Roehl over SNI based on money and getting my first 6 months to one year of experience out of the way. Even though SNI offered a bonus for new drivers, Roehl paid more in the long run making mileage equal. Both are good companies for starting out.
Roehl or Schneider?

What I liked about roehl is I emailed 30 questions to a recruiter and literally 24 minutes later she emailed me back with an answer for all questions. Roehl was the only company I applied to.

ok thanks,,best of luck to you,I have only heard good things about roelh. I hope to start the 23rd or 30th.What I ment about tons of hoops is my issue due to filing an extension for my 2011 taxes and trying to supply documentaion to prove I was not unemployed.

Roehl is one of the two pre-hires I have right now (haven't gotten one from SNI yet, but they're still in contention.) I will officially be talking to the Roehl recruiter next Thursday (my only day off to get things done) though I will say that, when I first attempted to apply, and had some trouble with their website, I had emailed them and got a reply and even a followup phone call from this recruiter. She was willing to go through it with me, over the phone (logging in for me) but at the time, I was at school and not near my computer. So she emailed me a PDF version of their app (oddly, my school has no apps for them, and I've never heard of one of their recruiters coming to our school) which I printed off at the library, filled out, and had my school's admin fax in. When I got home that night, I already had my pre-hire waiting in my inbox!
What I don't get is this:
So does Roehl not run a lot of dry van? I want OTR/48/dry van but don't want to waste my time if it's not going to be worth it... -
Yes, the majority is dry van, all 48. Did you check the web site? http://www.goroehl.com/
