Still hauling wheat for a while longer...not sure for how long. Next seven to ten days are in the mid 100's. I think the dryland fall crops bit the dust guess the irrigated is still holding on. Last year even some irrigated was lost. This keeps up the hopper grain hauling is in trouble here and other states.

Yeah, your area is rated worse than us, in the drought table. We are supposed to break the triple digits next Friday, but only down to 94 or so even then.

I think that we are going to see the price of a bushel of corn skyrocket. Things are going to get a lot more expensive if that happens.

I used to carry $10,000 cargo insurance now I'm up to 25,000. Grain keeps going up may have to up it again.

I was down through Kansas on US75 the other day and at least over there you guys got cobbs on your corn. Up here in NW Iowa we don't even have cobbs yet. Corn is already over $8 a bushel and beans over $17.

Price of those tasty beef sticks have shot over by over $1 and I noticed gasoline had gone from $3.19 to $3.35 overnight. I still haven't gotten that LTD running and it would cost over $300 to tow it out to the house so I could work on it here. I got the old cadillac out and I've been driving that. That old 472 doesn't get as bad a mileage as it used to with the new carb but fuel prices going up that much that quick still makes me a little nervous. Ah well, still making money for now.

Anybody ever put a blower motor in dash of T-600? I think you go through firewall on passenger side but not entirely sure.

I did one on my W900, same thing as a T600. It is done from the passenger side firewall. About an hour job, not hard at all.

Thanks Oscar, will fix it one of these weekends early in the morning... to darn hot to do during the day. Blower hasn't given out entirely just growls a little right now but will give out one of these days.

I did mine last summer in Texas when it was over 100 degrees. I didn't have a choice as mine quit completely.
