You could go to the employment office, register and request job placement. Accept any job which involves trucks/trucking and get to know people. That will put a few bucks in your pocket and eventually land you in a truck.

If you have work credits you can file for unemployment.

Sorry if this offends you, but?, there must be more to the story, To just cut you loose for those reasons?, after putting you though there school?, doesnt make any sence, maybe im just an old school trucker but?, tough to swallow, and no other company will hire you, I'd put money that CR England will

its not over, do u have a clean background and mvr? someone will give u a chance, have u tried swift, a quit central during training and they wouldnt take him back but swift gave him a chance
