Regional or local?

    i guess there is good and bad no matter what you choose...i would love to do open road driving but...i also like the idea of being home every day...i dont think i will see much adventure...it's just money on the table for me i guess

    just got my cdl class A today...applied at about 15 co's...a few got back to me and are ready to send me to orientation...but they are all OTR...i'm gonna give it a week or so and see what happens...so far best offer is from US Express and USA Truck

    You sure it's not a AAA card you got.................LOL...............Pay your dues and it will be worth it in the long run

    Are you applying to any smaller companies? I generally recommend people avoid the mega carriers at all costs. What part of NJ are you in? North, South or middle?

    Recruiters will tell you regional or local when you talk to them. "All the way to Washington state". They lie. You just have to start somewhere.
