I know all companies have their faults but for a new school grad who will be just starting what is the overall impression of Schneider as a starting place. My first choice would be tankers.

I would think that it would be a good starter company for you. I agree with Jakecat22 there are a lot worse.

Yea. Starting out, that would probably be your best bet. Team drivers get the better miles and better trucks.

I forgot to add that I liver near Charlotte. So if you send me other names they would need to have a terminal in Charlotte.
I mentioned Schneider due to their training programs, because remember most companies won't even talk the new driviving school grads.

There are a LOT of companies that will talk to recent grads. I can name a half dozen without thinking. I'm not trying to convince you to go elsewhere, just inform you that there are plenty of other fish in the sea. (Swift, Schneider, Werner, USX, TMC, Mcelroy, Roehl, Maverick in no particular order off the top of my head) Can't say that any have a terminal in Charlotte, but you don't have to have a terminal in your home town. If that were the case, most drivers wouldn't have work.

My brother went to Schneider Tank lines right out of school. He liked 'em!
