dont do it u will regret it .. by far out of the 17 yrs i have been drivin they were teh worst company i have ever worked for. short miles nom caring dispatch ..just a warnin u would be better off anywhere else then goin there...

They require a year experience which your profile states you dont have and they suck anyways.

I worked here for almost a year. Probably the worst company I had ever worked for. But when I thought I'd seen their worst, I was diagnosed with cancer. My doctor said I was fine to work but West Side had a problem with that. Their problem was not that I had cancer and could or could not work, their problem was that I was on their medical insurance. But they were nice about it and said once I was terminated and my insurance was lapsed, I could re-apply with no health insurance. What a buch of slime bags, don't work here.

No, no lawsuit. I was told by an attorney that I had to file a complaint with the EEOC. It took them two years to tell me "inconclusive". After they said that, the EEOC then said you only have 60 days for a lawsuit. I again, contacted an attorney and was told "most of any damages would be from lost income and because you got another job, it's not worth it to take your case". West Side knows this and that's how they get away with garbage like this.

 

I know this thread is a couple of years old, but I would like to say something about Westside Transport. I have been
here just about 2yrs. It is a good, decent company. I have to say I'm happy here don't hear to
many drivers that can actually say that but I am. If you want to make a decent living and be treated
like a person give them a try.
