i do not like DAC, a trucking company can say anything they want and DAC happily puts it on your record without question.who came up with DAC in the first place?

 

Exactly. If you have a clean MVR, no accidents or tickets, that is all that really matters.

 

The only good thing is you can see who is giving you negative feedback other than just being denied a job without explanation, and the employer responsable for the neg remarks cannot deny it! You have to learn to use these things in your favor.

 

Don't forget, the company placing the comment on your DAC may also have credibility issues. De Boer put something on my husband's DAC that was a blatant bald faced lie (quit under dispatch). You can't be under a dispatch if you never aknowleged the load. Not to mention a midwest regional driver being sent to Pheonix, AZ after he sent his resignation across the qualcomm. The most they really had on him was quit without notice. But after working there for three months his total net pay was -$128. Not really sure what they expected with those lousy paychecks they were feeding him.
