IF they had ONE person in the dispatch that drove a truck or even tried to understand HOS they are miles ahead of Stevens aren't they! You people are absolutely pathetic! I'm amazed your butt hasn't been shown the door for showing the ineptness of Stevens BUT tomorrow is another day.

There are plenty of persons inside both dispatch and other departments that have driven. However, this particular department has none.
I am not worried about being shown the door.
Apparently you are use to working for a company that is small minded and retaliatory. I haven't found that at Stevens.
I tell it as I see it as do many others.
Honesty lets the light in and is the precursor of fixing problems.
And a good day to you, sir.

    TRKRSHONEY and Corporal_Clegg Thank this.

Sorry you guys are having such a rough time getting started, but Hubby and I really appreciate you bringing the trailer to the TA for the repower!!! Things will get better, like you said, can't get much worse!! We went through some similar problems, but with a brand new truck. Had it in the shop 3 times the first 6 months. We were down an entire week in Birmingham, AL.

Just hang in there and enjoy the slow times, because before you know it you'll be running like crazy.

    KMac Thanks this.

Unfortunately, I feel that the 'day shift' folks may be the easy part. Can't wait til you start training the night/week-end crew. :biggrin_25520:

That was you huh? Nice to meet you. I was the one getting the meatlock.off, not the one driving.
