new drivers dont be like this guy. pay attention to your surroundings

this is just plumb freaking stupid; i'm sure trans am is very proud of this driver; to me this shows incompetence on the drivers part of driving that truck. that is why i don't waste my time with these new guys out here today

No excuse for crap like that! If you got yourself in there you should be able to get yourself out! Make take a little more time and quite a few get out and looks but nonetheless it will prevent stupid crap like this! Driver probably panicked and got in a hurry to get out of there!

 

I always hold to the thought there is always time to stop.

 

He had to have gotten in there somehow. How about going back the same way you came in. Oh wait, they didnt teach that in trucking school

 

I have common sense but try to avoid criticizing too much because karma likes putting me in stupid situations just to remind me that I'm not perfect. There's nothing like seeing dock workers staring at you thinking "does this guy have a license" when you have a bad day backing it in.

 

Maybe I missed something but did he damage your truck? If he tore up his own then his company will know. If he damaged property at the shipper/receiver then his company would find out. Your getting involved via email kind of sounds like snitching. They won't care as long as the load made it and he didn't damage anything. When he does then they'll deal with it.
