Yeah, it stays with you forever, even if you're just a witness. You see so many things over the years. Lives forever altered or ending because of just a little mistake. Glad you guys can't see the pics running through my mind right now. Gotta go.... be safe out there.
Everybody look at this ! (disturbing pictures)

We all agree to disagree. Please keep the post civil and chose your words wisely. Any insult will send a thread off in the wrong direction.

I see drivers tailgating every day, it drives me freakin nuts I just wanna drag these knuckle draggers out of their trucks when I see them 2 inches off a 4 wheeler going 70mph....

had driver yest. (truck)..we were picking up our big trk from the shop...CB was driving it, and i was in our pickup...came into a left lane ends merge area (on ramp)..and i was already in the right lane...a big trk came up and tried to PUSH his way in front of me...had plenty of room to get behind me...now if he had come up and ask...blinker...then yeah, being another driver , i would have let him..but because he tried to force his way..i didnt...then he got behind me and started flashing his lights at me and tailgaiting...CB got on the radio and told him that the 4 wheeler he was messing with was his wife and he DIDNT appreciate it...amazingly enough, he immed. backed off...point is....you see so many drivers being stupid....semi, 4 wheeler etc...but you expect more from a truck driver...they ALL should know better...but truckers esp. KNOW THE DANGERS of their stupidity...and still do stupid stuff...which makes it even worse...i cant STAND to be around trucks when we are in our pickup....
btw hope they recover soon...Elroythekid, kw9's rock and NavigatorWife Thank this. -
so.......none of you drivers ever make a mistake,we try as hard as we can not to but it happens and always will.its not a perfect world, forgive and move on

KW9 , IMO it would have been a good idea to start the thread off with.
They are okay.
My first thought was rather disturbing.
Over the years I spent trucking I saw some really horrific scenes.
They are a sobering reminder of the ever lurking lethal potential one moment of loss of concentration holds.
Never drive when tired.NavigatorWife Thanks this. -
All i can say is thank god they both survived. This aint the poeples court, who cares who's fault it was, leave it to the authorities! We all know about poeple pulling out in front of big trucks and vice a versa. Its gonna happen regardless.
Giggles the Original Thanks this. -
Yes I'm a dreamer..kw9's rock Thanks this. -
I had a teenager which was a girl cut across 4 lanes of traffic right in front of me because she didn't want to wait and didn't have enough sense to go to the light to take a left. Some 4 wheelers are brainless when they drive. On the other hand I don't know the specifics of what happened with your cousin and don't wish that on anyone to happen. And your right it does hit close to home when it happens to loved ones. For me when I see a rig crashed I think the same about hoping he's ok and not take for granted how things can change in many variables on the road we face. Its weird when u see a crash how everyone's driving habits change after u roll past. At least for 10 miles after. I hope for a speedy recovery
