Have you checked your ECM power supply fuses? Are you sure you connected all wires in the proper location at the starter? Were batteries disconnected when replacing the starter and all wires reconnected in their proper location?
-
Have you tried spraying it????
-
yes the batteries were disconected and i made sure of the wires because i use wire ties to keep the wires from each terminal togather .i tried spraying it also.i wanted to get someone to read my ecm but they didnt show up,it wasnt starting with the old starter when i was getting ready to leave.the old starter was turning over ok but it was burning so i decide to take it off

Re-check your wiring. Something ain't hooked up correctly.
