Loggin on "Line 3" for TMC

Nothing is more important than your well being and piece of mind. There are always better jobs and worse jobs trucking. Calm down, take your time, and find what`s right for you. Don`t burn any bridges in the trucking industry if you can help it.

Maybe, but the identities are anonymous. Any they should know how their policys are affecting their retention rate. Which appears to be bad at TMC

 

yes but if you say im here and have to go here and be here on a certian date im sure they can put it together, and if they read this stuff good for them maybe they will learn somthing. I bet good ole gorgy sits around the house and reads these things, heck he had sat potos of everyone in my classes house where they live. its caled got a boring job so you find things to do to keep you entertained. to funny

 

you bet there watching and know who he is on here, thats why he gets a hard time about getting home. they should learn from their bad ways of training and saying what they don't do 46 out of 52

 

Look at the post from Gravdigr think he just started for crst flat bed. his first load today will take him home for the weekend and deliver on monday his fm gave him a call and said i got another run close to the house for next week.

 

Blind how long have you been with tmc, and which clock keeps getting you 11,or14. Do you leave early enough on Sunday to have your break before you unload to have a fresh clock? If so how do you log your wait/unload time? I will also be in gaston Monday, thats where I'm gonna test out, but I have a wife and 4 kids and your hometime is scary. I won't be able to stay with them long if I can't get here on the weekends either,that's also the main reason I chose tmc.

 

I would of laughed and gone home after ypu got loaded. I would have atleast called somebody above your FM and said look, im going home and the trailer can wait.

 

it really seems to me someone at tmc is trying to make you leave blind, they are treating you way different from everyone else, when you get ready to throw in the towell find somthing else first them give them notice so they caint screw up you DOC, becouse it sounds like someone there really dislikes you.. dont let them win..

 

you had to repower becouse someone else had to get home and didnt take no for a answer, they just told you they quit i bet, hammer down and show them who is the boss, when is the last time you had a weekend at home fri evening till sun afternoon?
