The million dollar question....which companies are best to apply?

Thank you all the advice is working. I didn't post anything recently because I was on the road. There I do not have any chance to look at the blog unless later I can buy a nice cell phone.

I did what some of you guys recommend...I started working for a small company they have 5 trucks first week running team 40 to 44 cpm. I didn't like it TEAM sucks for me is a nightmare invented to legitimate what still happens in this country SLAVES still exists with other names like OTR driver It happens that mysteriously I ran all nights and couldn't sleep at day cuze my body don't want it even iv I had, the truck jumps like crazy Is an old freightliner etc. The owner told me I can start solo this week but also CON-WAY called me they already waiting for me to go to orientation and it is tempting me.....the big company with benefits and guess newer truck or the small company on a 1099 basis but I think so much flexible time and a chance to talk anytime with the owner who seemed to be a nice guy and flexible if I need home time...decisions, decisions, decisions.................
