I just couldn't sit all day so I headed to Schulyer and picked up my load. Sitting at the Sapp Bros in Fremont on my 10 and then headed east in the early morning.

 

Home...picked up in escanaba...heading to Spencer is Monday...

 

Been a very long two days of driving over 600 both days so that is why I haven't posted. Spent last night at PeeLot in Fremont, IN which is kinda funny since I started day in Fremont, NE. Got up at 0030 and drove to first drop in Austinburg, OH where they unloaded 30k. I noticed something odd with this load though. First drop was all palletized, final is at Sysco and its floor loaded...hmmm.

Anyway, stopped in Breezewood for the night because traffic is nuts and I'm pooped. Deliver in Harrisonburg, VA tomorrow at 0600 only 2.5 hrs away. Then probably pick up in Harrisonburg and head back west.

Counting the days, hours, minutes till my vacation on Friday.

 

Sitting at the J in Lodi,CA did a 34 this weekend supposed to p/u a load close by tomorrow that delivers in st.louis on Thursday and chicago on friday. Hopefully after that will start heading back toward the house. Be safe out there guys.

 

In St. Michael MN.....Leah called and put me as back up to this load...was told saturday night that I needed to come get this load in sheldon and drop my load there....but what I am unhappy about is that I was not completely informed as to the fact that this load has another stop in chicago......it better pay good otherwise I will be a skosh unhappy....

 

I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER....I had to violate my HOS today cause there was a load to be picked up and there was just enough time for me to get it....the kicker oh there should be some parking avail....yeh ok...when I got there I got loaded...asked about parking...got laughed at....so I had to go all the way to boilingbrook before I could find a spot without getting chased out.....I am not happy...I told tim, and dale both that this was a no go and I couldn't pick up the load...but Mike overroad them all....but my question is ARE THEY GOING TO PAY FOR THE VIOLATION when the DOT man gets me??? probably not...


sorry but I am in an extremely pissy mood right now...

 

Well I got issued my truck today. Tomorrow is the last day of Orientation. I will get a load hopefully heading back east. If you see me out there feel free to say hello. Trk#756.

At the Hook in S. Beloit, Il on my way to Armstrong, IA in the morning with a load of metal coils. I think its kinda funny hauling flatbed freight in my reefer...hehehe.

Pick up a load in Storm Lake bound for Chicago Friday morning and then I'm on vacation for a week!
