Well, this is my last update. I will not post anymore on this thread, as I am no longer logging on line 3 for TMC. This whole experience has been a nightmare for me and my family. Im stuck in Indy. I cant get a rental car as I dont have a major credit card. I tried every car rental place in the Indy yellow pages. Nobody will take a debit card, as I do not have an Indiana drivers license. TMC will not help with this matter. So, my wife has to drive all the way up here to get me, then we will have to drive all the way back. My heart is broken, and my spirit is destroyed because I gave them everything I had. I jumped through every hoop they put in front of me. In return, they wouldnt even live up to their end of the deal. They wouldnt even do what they promised they would do, from the recruiter all the way through to the drivee trainer. Shame on you TMC. I gave you everything. I risked everything I had, and they treated me like garbage. I am now permanently loggin on line 1. If anybody thinks they can come here and this wont happen to them, I say you deserve what you will get.
    Blind Dog signing off.
    Peace Out!!

i've said it before & i'll say it again; trucking................ain't...........for................sissies. if u take offense to it, so be it. alot of us out here had PAID OUR DUES & went thru the crap. u think u should be catered to for whatever reason u have. keep thinking, i'm not one to talk down to someone who's catching crap but like i know for a FACT, there's always 2 SIDES to every story.

3 sides, your side ,thier side, and then the truth. i suport everyone but that being said i do know if you sit on a empty macro that could stop your FM from getting you a choice load, if you are the first to empty they have more loads to work with to get you were you need to be , if last or towards the end its slim pickings and you get what you get no matter what way you need to go. you have to make that log book work for you not you working for the log book, legal allways. if you have to sleep during the day at shipper and drive at night1am 2am then do it, whatever gets the load there on time, besides you can make more miles at night with less traffic. you do what you got to do to set yourself up to be in a good spot for load selection the next day thats the bottom line to flatbedding.many peaple make it work at TMC i know them ( yes i went somewhere else after checking them out) but my neighbor down the road works there and has been for a long time, he gets home every fri by 1 or 2pm allways but he leaves early on sun for a good set up.

    lonelyswmtrucker Thanks this.

I agree with ya. its about working the log book to work for you. heck set so you get your load then you can always stop along the way for your shower or whatever you need to do. I guess some folks haveing quiet figured out how to totaly do that yet.

Good luck. Somehow I think you'll need it.

Of course, most times you have to make your own luck...

u right i don't know the whole story but after a good while of reading nothing but crying & whining about not getting home; he obviously was doing something wrong & if u can't leave home long enough to make a living cause u can't be without ur wife or she can't be without u, u might wanna stay home then. i'm not calling names, i'm just stating that trucking is what it is. trucking doesn't owe anybody anything. u have to make it work for u. i'm no disrespecting no one just calling it like i see it. ur a student making the above comment are u not?

AGREED! Kicking a man while he is down or in a hardship is by no means a "tough" thing to do. So what if he thought truck driving was for him and found out the hard way that it is not. That most certainly does'nt make him a sissy. As a matter of fact I think Blind is a real man, he wants to be there for his wife and kids. Todays society has sadly forgotten that's what real men do....You make it obvious why your a "lonelyswm". Maybe grow a heart and show some respect to others and your luck might change!

On a side note...Good luck to you Blind Dog and we wish you the best of luck in whatever you decide to do!
