Kind of like my last week.

There are quite a few in the yard. I thought I would see those Pro Stars by now...

 

Thanks shaggy.. I live in Haines City. I'm going to eat at home jaja like u much better .. and thanks of God I don't smoke ... I'm ready ready for everything .. I'm supposed to take the training next Monday but I asked them if I can take it in Aug/13 to give 2 weeks notice in my actual job... and I have a question .. after the training. I started rolling the same Tuesday or how that works... and were I take the truck...
They give me time to put my stuff like the inverter, microwave, refrigerator, TV ????

 

Didn't go to Swift dedicated....decided against it for numerous reasons, a couple of them being that I would never be home, I would be working 7 days a week, I'm a little over 2 hours away from Arcadia, and it's freakin Swift.

Decided to throw my name back into the OTR hat and see what happens. Ended up getting hired by Conway Truckload. I go to orientation in Jacksonville this coming Monday.

 

Is that a cummins under the hood doing that? I had a cummins in my last truck, never had any problems. #### thing didn't burn a drop of oil. I could go for months without needing to add any. Guess I lucked out.

I was told earlier today that we have more freight than equipment to haul it. Expect some heavy miles over the next few weeks. Also told more driver improvement changes are coming such as better, cheaper insurance. Asked if I would choose higher pay or better insurance if only offered one choice. Asked my preference of model of truck. Asked how I could improve my work environment if I was making the decisions of company. Several other questions as well. Interesting of the questions asked and hints made of future improvements. Including scanning paperwork from truck option... Hmmm...

 

Preplanned Maxon, NC to Boynton Beach, FL. Delivers Friday AM. 875 miles after delivering this one in morning. 1500 miles and I left house this morning. I'll still have Friday and Saturday to knock out 500 to make my minimum. Not bad for a late start.
