I should have kept my mouth shut. I was pulled off that load. I'm told I have two preplans that total more miles and delivers sooner, but night dispatch won't send them over. He said dm has to do it in the morning. Whatever...

What happened to you never going back OTR? Have you looked at Bynum and there Coca Cola route? I have a friends that does that run. He's home every Tuesday/Wednesday, runs mostly Florida, gets paid a daikt salary of $180/day or something. He tried to get me to go there before I hired here. You'll need tanker and hazmat for them plug TWIC card, which you'll start process for it during their orientation. Beats OTR where you're only home once per month.

 

I applied at Bynum before I got hired at Indian River. They wouldn't give me the time of day. Don't know why. Don't really care at this point.

 

Now I understand why I was pulled from plan. Preplanned Ft Mill, SC d/h anytime going to Augusta fcfs live unload. 2nd preplan Beech Island, SC d/h before 2359 ready at 1100 going to Arabia, FL d/h before Thu 2359. More miles, better flow and utilization of hrs, and ready for next load before other would have delivered.

My mouth waters to see these new trucks.

 

Saw 4-5 of you today on 75, 1 red KW, 2 mid roof columbia's/century's and 1-2 condos!! A few looked kind of ratty but seemed to be going along ok, was coming home from HOTlanta.... I wondered if any were you all but I was in 4 wheeler so no CB.... Keep safe!!!

 

If you see a white KW t-660 pulling a CFI or Conway Truckload trailer anytime soon, it might be me....

 

Prostar has more room doesn't it??? I probably passed more then that judging by the areas most of you talk about but that was all I noticed. A customer of my wife's runs for CFI, never home... I think they require 3 weeks for 3 days off, tough on the family, he stays out for 5-6 weeks to get a week straight off.... Way too much for these old bones!!! Good luck!!!
