during the 8 weeks team if you get paid .38 split, does that mean you get .38 for half of the total miles for the truck?

ex. I drive 2200 and my co-driver drives 2200. Will I get .38 on 2200 miles making $836 minus taxes?

Is essence, that is how it works. The way it is figured is the truck gets .38 a mile and the drivers each get half. You may drive 2400 and your partner may drive 2000 but you both get paid the same amount since you split the trucks earnings.

So I just got paid for my first week as a team driver.
The statement shows total RM route miles empty and loaded
Times .18 per mile. That is .36 split all miles. The remainder .02 is paid in a lump sum
    once per qtr.
