FYI to all. Mark is on a well-earned vacation for a couple of days. If you have an urgent question or an immediate service issue, call Rand Support at 877-446-4863 Mon - Fri (7:00 am to 6:00pm CST)
Otherwise, I'm sure Mark will be checking in when he gets back.

(Don't take this wrong and get your panties all bunched up) (This is one of the reasons I purchased from Dieselboss) To those of you who bought the units at a truck stop. Try calling the clerk you bought it from and asking those questions. You'll get an huh??? Thanks Don.
Edit: Don when you enter a address you can add notes. Where do you click to read them?

Please clarify "add notes." Do you mean that you have added an entry or address to your "address book?" Because that is when you have the option to "add notes." If this is what you mean then you can read any notes that you made by tapping "Choose Destination / Touch the entry that you want from the list / then tap Note." Any entries in your address book that you have made a note on will have a little note symbol on them in the list.
The other place you can make notes is in the "Notepad." Those can be about anything and are not associated with a saved address. To get to there from the main menu, you tap "Truck Tools / Notepad / then tap the note" that you want to read.
So there are actually two places that you can make notes but I was not sure which you were referring to.SavageSam Thanks this. -
I second that. Have had fast service and great support from him too.Dieselboss and SavageSam Thank this.

Anybody notice that the 7 inch hard case Rand McNalley sells, does not fit the TND 720. Sort of sucks when you cant find the receipt to be able to take it back. Oh well. FYI been running TND 720 since June 26th, great unit. Would reccommend to anybody looking to replace or upgrade.
SavageSam Thanks this. -
I thought about that my 510 is a tight fit

If you wish to return it then that is a personal preference. The 720 USB port is much better than the prior model.
Thanks,
Mark
