EGR Wiring diagram

what engine? If Volvo, from Imact-On Line, but with dealer password. If Cummins, use CM870 wiring diagram.

If Volvo Engine, what?? D12D, D16C? What emission level? Euro-IV ore EPA2003?

 

CM870 is available free. I can easily post you diagram

really CM870 EGR is just a motor with potentiometer style position sensor (3 wires). But EGR works in cooperation with VGT, so check all components

Volvo EGR system is much more complicated (2 EGR valves) and every is twice more expencive Cummins EGR.

Late D13 EGR is oil pressure driven (like on Series 60).

 

Pablo volvo engine d12 and after i change it turbo and both egr valves my oil pressure gauge drop to 0....i change oil pressure sensor and still 0....help

God...im tired of checking all harnes...all sensor....just change crancase pressure,oil pressure,fuel pressure,boost sensor,speed sensor......and plus my mpg showing 4.7.....

 

Right now only code on my dashbord is sid 211....

 

Unplug the #1 egr and start the truck and see what happens to oil psi if not try with number two I had. Truck that had some kind of short with the egr position sensor and it was dropping the 5v supply and effecting the whole sensor circuit I would def try unplugging the egr one by one and see if something happens
