Check out the thread "Werner compared to C.R. England" on this truckersreport.com. Is CRE and Werner owned by the same? Drivers should form their own good union. Check out R.I.C.O. I think CRE and Werner meet the criteria for organized crime under R.I.C.O. It's called Racketeering In Corrupt Organization. CRE and Werner are criminals and it is planned and organized crime. Just stay away from LDS in business. They are very smart and educated and screw people in business unless you are an associate in LDS. Twelve years ago at Intel, I saw LDS businesses totally wipe out smaller businesses that were competitor subcontractors because it gave LDS the upper-hand at construction sites. LDS = Bad News Bears in Business. Does anyone know if CRE and Werner are owned by the same people?

Businesses wipe out smaller, competing firm to secure the majority of work in an area all of the time. Its called Capitalism. The LDS do not have the franchise on this.

Companies like c.r. england, prime, transam, and others who routinely bilk drivers and trucking school grads with this fleece purchase crap deserve to be destroyed, and the ceo's of those companies put into life imprisonment...in general population at the worst prison. Attica, anyone?

i wouldnt even call it a bump in the road for England, there have been many to try a sue this company, and there still around to do it some more, problem here is? almost every company promises the world, but never deliver!, Rookie drivers all think they have a case to sue, and usually find a dead end wall, We have been telling Rookies for years about this company, and yet they still go there, then!, Im sueing!, they lied to me!, boo hoo, learn a lesson and move on

The Sons-0-Chester are quick to point out that those who fail to succeed in their unique lease program do so because they all had/have "poor work ethics", and therefor don't exert the necessary efforts to be successful, concluding that those types will fail wherever they go, at whatever they attempt, --- malcontents who don't appreciate the sacrifices extended by a conscientious Big truck truckin' company just tryin' to make the world a better place.

Obviously there's a vast conspiracy bein' perpetrated upon a fine and generous family run business by unknown persons and for reasons unknown, --- for, it seems, no other reason than C.R. England is the industry leader that no other Big truck truckin' company can hold a candle to. When others are unable to match what C.R.E. offers, they resort to mean-spirited bad-mouth bashing the Sons-0-Chester with the truth, --- which ignores a Golden Rule, ....... "If y'all don't have nothin' good to say, don't say nothin' at all".
When y'all see someone doin' someone wrong, --- turn the other cheek. Look the other way. Don't get involved.
Mind y'all's own business. Just because it's the truth doesn't mean it's y'all's duty to tell everyone.

The Sons-0-Chester are equal opportunity employers and don't play favorites. Why should they? They make bank whether y'all succeed or go belly up. So let the chips fall where they may, ........ it's all good for England.
    What else could possibly matter?

    _______

People get ripped-off every day in some way or another.
If C.R.E. doesn't rip 'em off first, --- some other company will,
thereby rippin' off the Sons-0-Chester as a result.
That's no way to run a business that depends upon the failures of others
    to succeed.

Those who expect to be told the truth and assume that they'll be treated
with respect have no business in the business of
    Big truck truckin'.
Their expectations are a fantasy, --- pipe dreams that will never materialize.
To provide the workplace atmosphere they think that they deserve would only
undermine the hugely profitable business model that Chester Rodney carefully
assembled for the purpose of extracting money from customers and employees, then depositing
it into a special bank account located off-shore and out of the view of agents from
the I.R.S., --- the most successful of all the companies and/or organizations which capitalize
    on their rip-off capabilities.
