Did I just read about drivers having issues with low miles? Ya, that would be me too. 11 Days out, 3K miles on my last outing. Spent time in Canada, which was a joke, and then sat in Gary for 24 hours for a relay to take home. Was not the happiest of campers.

Now, I come out today. Finished my load from last week. Then I get a local load, 28 Mt and 35(?) loaded. Get in unloaded and what do I get? Pickup tomorrow 0700. WTF? You have got to be kidding me! Oh, and it was a 177 mile run after that to unload. Called up and ended up talking to Mitch himself. WTF Mitch. Ya, nothing in your area. Try to get you to unload that load tomorrow or at least relay it....

Just crazy short miles lately. Is it the one year itch? They get you for a year and then get you to quit? It is strange.

I talked to Mitch today. I've been sitting since 0900 this morning. He told me they've been trying to find me a load all day. Said I'm supposed to get a load going to Wisconsin and I'll relay it half way with someone going to Florida. I'm supposed to be home Thursday.

Ellenwood. It was pretty good, great hotel, free breakfast, lunch and dinner. Instructors I had were George and Frank. They were pretty awesome guys

I got home yesterday was 13 days out. Miles were low on my end as well. Sat 37 hours in Michigan and nothing over 200 mile loads. The only loads were good were going out and coming back home loads. Anything above 2000 miles your not short on miles I wouldnt complain. I made 1800ish. Just slow I would assume and when winter comes hopefully get busier

After sitting in Marshfield for a 34 hour reset that lasted 71 hours, I received an assignment at 1100 today to take a loaded van full of paper from the terminal to Wausau, a whopping 45 miles. Scaled it before leaving and was too heavy on drives... Slid tandems and too heavy on trailer... Slid tandems and unloaded all 5 tarps and finally got legal, but only with 400 pound sleeper HVAC system exemption. Took an hour to do all this and less than an hour to get to the consignee. Now back at the terminal with an empty flatbed (wishful thinking) behind me and tarps back in the boxes.

    DrtyDiesel Thanks this.

I also had MLG as my FM today. We must all have SJ normally, and he must be out, though no explanation was offered as to why...
