    Very true,

    The funding needed to implement the law was over what congress would cover since it required R&D and development.

    No they wont they will just insert probes up out rear with a little red beacon light sticking out......BYOL (Bring Your Own Lube) Government ran out of funding for that too

    i didn't know they were wanting finger scanner eobrs. they should go all out and require breath alyzers too.

    We have paperless logs. And it gave all the OTR drivers a 15-20% pay cut.

    We are paperless and my pay is is 6% over last year.

    It's a scary thought with big brother into everything. I did see someone on TR who said his company had put in video cams in the cab of the truck, he was hightailing it out of there.

    You must work at one of those rare companies where operations runs like a well oiled machine and really does a great job managing trucks. 95% of the companies out there are just screwed up and many of them have a hard time of it switching over to EOBR and things working great. Many stories on here of guys paid by the mile on EOBR averaging 1,800 miles a week. I even know people first hand who have experienced that. That is the norm... That's trucking..

    I was doing 2800+ on EOBR's so the chance to make money is there. You just have to ride the dispatcher to get you the miles
