Sounds like your having the same issues everyone else has with keeping vgt
-
Can you tell me what boost range I should have ?
-
I think everyone that has done it has experienced anything from 10 to 15 psi increase from standard, also I think standard was 40 psi max, Unfortunatley that with just the egr delete the vgt turbo's life is going to be way shorter than they are with out over speeding them. Then you gotta keep bolting on expensive turbos or send ECM back for vgt delete and bolt non waste gated turbo and that also = downtime. Have you seen any fuel gain with just egr deleted?

Only put it on today and went for a 40 km drive, noticed water temp cooler, engine oil temp cooler just Turbo Boost went up from 240kPa to 320kPa.
-
Were you loaded for test drive?
-
Yep, 39000 kgs, with a single trailer, thing is, I always tow a B-Double at 61000 kgs, just put the single on because it was loaded and to see how it went with some weight on it.
-
Was there many steep hills on your test drive ? I'd say your going to see more boost than 46 psi when you hook the big gear on the back
-
Oh what hp did you get with the tune?
-
It was already set at 600 HP / 2050 Torque.
