You mean the trailer spaces that are essentially dirt fields with huge pot holes and a few utilities sticking up? I really wish I had the money to build a decent park in the Midland and S Texas areas, with a few trees, grass, concrete pads. There are plenty of trailers out there for sale, and as many as I see, I can't believe it's not a buyer's market for trailers if you can get some financing. I have a very nice, large 5th wheel for sale but seems none have the cash.
I think for truckers, trailers are the best way to go IF there are quality spaces to be found. You can relocate easily and being able to easily and quickly relocate is a huge plus in the oil field and trucking in general.
