I'm so angry!!! My husband had two tarps stolen off his truck last night. We just paid a hefty sum of money to buy them.
He was parked in a Walmart parking lot in St. Louis, MO. Obviously need more storage as what we have isn't adequate.
In addition, sometimes his APU unit gets unplugged or his trailer lights get jacked with. What is up with people? Low class trash!!!

Tarps can be locked down with a chain and binder (my company requires it), otherwise, be more careful where you park.

Sounds really unusual for someone to be messing with APU and trailer lights. I'd have to wonder if he be pissing off someone.
Tarps stolen off of the deck is not out of the normal. That's where boxes pay for themselves pretty quickly.
Tractor Supply was selling their 4' underbody boxs for $250. Cheap as buying a good tarp. I've got 4 of them.

It's are for me to imagine my guy pissing someone off. He's a sweetheart, very polite, very mellow fellow. I don't know, it's just frustrating that's all. Looked at underbody boxes but we don't own the trailer and sometimes he switches it out. We are looking to buy our own so that we can do just that but boy are they ever expensive. It's a live and learn kind of thing I reckon. We don't do things like that so therefore we don't expect things like that to happen to us. Call us niave I guess.

He's a sweetheart, very polite, very mellow fellow There are some WINGNUT truckers out there that would get PIZZED off with someone that has those values. Same as looking at them the WRONG way :biggrin_2556: sets them off.

Theft among truckers has been going on for years , heck I had 1 try and sell me my own TARP one time :biggrin_2555: he tried PRAYERS but it did not help him :)
