Relatively simple way to stop Opt-Idle?

    I'm kinda sorry now that I ever started this thread.

    But I know for a FACT that nothing, not even hood open, kept that 06 Century from dieing.

    I know for a FACT that a couple times when I did something stupid that eventually got me fired was that I was not properly rested.

    It is also quite possible that I have sleep apnea too.....

    The simplest way is to visit dealer and ask computer guy to use DDRS to disable OI

    @ dave1960 dont be its a forum we take input from other people to talk or fig. something out. I know this much mr 40c/mile is shy himself a few cents to a dollar. He claims he makes more because he has exp. Well sir even if i made 28c/ mile id still make more than you it didnt take me 19yrs to fig. That out theres truck driver jobs that pay hourly that make your salary look like min wage fool. Now enough with the dramatics man asked a gen question how to resolve the idle prob. Now i tested the clutch swith with a light tester an found its lower than 6v because bulb didnt light up so next trip home ill pick up my tester
