It will be interesting to see what happens, Govt always follows money like a lost bright eyed puppy in search of one more treat on top of the ones it already got..Never ending hunger,

Come on folks, its not all that bad. Just relax and enjoy. Eventually the government will totally control all movement in this nation. You will need permission to do anything. Trucks will only move during certain times as not to offend or interfere with those precious 4 wheelers. Companies will be told what drivers, with what discrepancies, they can hire. Failure to adhere will require said company to close down. Good times are here again, it will get better. Yes, it will not matter which party is in power, either will reign supreme.

    pete1 and CAXPT Thank this.

Kinda hilarious how giving truck drivers a 30 minute unpaid lunch during a 14 hour shift is going to destroy the US economy. Wal-Mart'd kill for that for their wage slaves.

It may have the unintended, or un-thought of, consequence of filling up fuel islands with drivers getting their 30 min break.

    What this article said......

    What it should have said......

By further restricting drivers in such a manner, it will serve to point out the obvious failure on our part to get a driver in and out of our facilities in a timely manner. We'll no longer be able to justify the use of the truck and trailer for storage. Nor will we be able to count on a long line of bottom feeders to supplement our piss poor business practice and work ethics at our warehouses.
