"On June 6, 2012, Moody was going through a Level II inspection near Mitchellville, IA. The inspection lasted between 45-60 minutes. During the inspection, the officer asked if Moody was feeling well.
Moody replied that his stomach was feeling "a little queasy." Actually, at the time of the inspection, Moody was experiencing excess gas but was embarrassed to disclose this personal discomfort to the officer, according to the lawsuit.
Moody was issued two citations, one for his record of duty status not being current and a second for driving while ill or fatigued. He was given citations."

I'm really sorry you are going through this Slagged. When I heard they were working you more with OTR, I was happy for you. I wondered maybe it was just me cause I was regional. Maybe things will get straightened out, but if they don't, and you decide to quit: Clean out all but yput essentials on your last home time, then give notice so they can't route you to the furthest terminal and make you take a bus home, and pay to ship your personal belongings. It you piss them off, they can dirty your DAC. Leave the truck nice, make it sound like you might even come back one day. If you can have something to write up for the shop so that you have a work order on the Qualcom, and verification that you didn't quit under a load. Basically, CYA

Well. I'll see what my regular FM has to say.

Good news. Getting routed to another terminal to get this truck resolved. Either fixing this one, or getting me a better tractor. I guess the after hours people just didn't know what to do with me.
-
Also just got $600 for all my wasted downtime, plus another 100 for going out of route to try to get fixed. That's nice. At least I can eat and float my bills. Knight always left me high and dry and refused to pay layover and breakdown.
Jarhed1964 and anj8488 Thank this. -
Awesome!!!

Glad to know that you'll get the B/D pay.
