See, this is the problem with this stupid csa crap.
Fatigued could mean I didn't sign my name,or that I added my miles wrong,or that I forgot to fill in the little box on my log for inspections.
    There aren't any vehicle violations.
    9 people.
All this means is that they don't have a safety person who is up everybody's ### about logs.
    So what?

click the words, "Fatigued Driving (hours of service)" on that link. it will show you where and for what they got popped for.

above is copied directly from the fatigued driving page. Those are NOT "i forgot to sign my log book" and NOT "i added my miles wrong" violations.

and they DO have vehicle violations in the past year.

    Ok.
Two tires, and an idiot who shouldn't have a job.
Every one of those violations are for things the driver deals with during inspections.
How does any of that make this company not worth working for?
If I don't get the broken stuff on my truck fixed because I'm an idiot, how is that the companies fault?

Those equipment violations are on 4 of the 8 power units they say they have....the HOS violations concern me more.

Same here Dragon. It's the HOS that i look at first. If it's over hours violations that's on the company more than the driver and a big red flag. If it's just log book violations "general", then that's more on the drivers.
