For Werner I wouldent say to go with them. Im with them and been with them for 2 years. Now im looking for another company to go with because things not working out for me at Werner right now. Right now im getting low miles and that means low pay to. To much sitting and waiting and their equipments are not that good. For TransAm I dont know anything about them. They do seem like a good company because I never heard anything negative about them. CRST some do good some do bad. Everyone may not go thru the same experience with a company. It is up to you decide which company will be best fit for you. Good luck

I would say no to werner, you will only get 400 miles a day if your lucky, and 24 cents per mile....
Training companies are quite similar, i would find the whichever one pays the best, get 6 months experience with them and then bolt to a better company.

400x7 = 2800 miles a week. That's a lot more then most ppl are getting these days. Plus at 400 a day you won't have to worry much about taking a 34

Thats not including your 34, and youll get it, i started there, made 400 to 500 a week average, thats gross!!! i wanted to run, but relayed every load, and then sat, youll get a 900 mile load and drive 350 of it before the dispatcher tells you to meet a driver at the petro and swap trailers, oh ya, his will be empty. I did this for 6 months, and only went home once a month, i did it for 6 months and then moved on, this is just my experience with them, and i am not the type of driver that bad mouths everyone ive ever worked for, just these guys, my dispatcher was rude and dis respectful, i asked for a new dispatcher and was told that i just have a bad attitude, thats why i love my current job and my boss loves me, bad attitude.. Lol, just food for thought...

I'm hooked to a Werner trailer right now (power only contractor). I gotta say that this 2008 Wabash trailer seems more beat up than the 2005 Hyundai I usually pull.
