LMAO, be funny as hell to see that on the door after my turning it lol. I still have to figure out what I am gonna get on my door since I have seen "lonewolf" on several.

Conway was my first choice of companies to work for. I have heard they take care of their employee's. When I applied to them they emailed me and said I wasn't in their hiring area. My heart has been broken ever since. After getting my CDL I now have to contend with bottom feeders. With Conway you never have to leave to make a living. Other Companies you can't wait until your year is up to move on where you can make a living.
What a bummer.

 

My 1st choice was Conway and I did start with them but my second choice wasn't far behind. First year pay progressions were almost identical.

 

Conways been great so far but out of my group, 4 of us had finishers with really hard to understand accents

 

I am loving it so far. I have been with my finisher for a week. I started 2 days into the week because it took a couple days to get him up to Taylor to pick me up but I still logged 2200 miles. My finisher averages about 3000 a week so she rest should run quick. Right now Im sitting in Loredo.

 

I'm glad you can understand her....and having fun! Listen closely and learn everything you can ...you'll be solo before you know it!!

 

Laredo sucked!! Hopefully u have a run out west, i-10 thru western texas was an awesome scenic drive

 

What is the pay scale there?

 

pay scale depends on ur exp... and lardeo sucks there rude there but get nice loads out of it.(most of time) i had one load going from lardeo to miami beach fl then from orlando fl back to lardeo was great miles lol
