hmm,
The only driver that complains about runs was you, each of the other drivers are making about $1000 per week and only have to run about 2600 miles a week.....
Your selected Version of the truth, but hey its your thread, have fun and thanks for the Ammo.......
Verified with a few shippers that we are getting FSC, funny most of these loads are thru 3PL Brokers like CH Robinson, and some are thru Large carriers like JB Hunt, So the shipper only knows what they are paying to the Broker or the large carrier, and has absolutely no idea what the broker, or Carrier is paying us. And as I am sure that most of the real drivers here that have dealt with shagging loads are aware, CH Robinson, and other brokers typically offer a Flat rate to haul their loads, occasionally they will cough up a FSC, but that is like a cat hacking up a hair ball. Here you go again stating something with no documented proof, when I have this proof. I wonder what Lie will be next. AS for the figure, its not messed up, it is exactly what you agreed to when you signed the contract, not a penny less.

They have 4 Trucks and act like that have 50 which they will never get to before B/R gets them.
They don't have employees they sign everyone to a percentage contract when it is plainly stated that an employee drives a company vehicle, They are doing this to avoid paying workmens Comp Ins. This I have turned over to the Feds as well as Texas DOT.
They run their office on wheels(Wifes Suburban) like it is a big corporate center only to have the two of them that run everything from their cell phones.
They talk big and even have an answering system that drops everyone who calls into a endless circle of pressing buttons where they go around and around and if they want to answer the call they do. If you call for "recruiting"(The owner runs this part too) You get a message that states "While We Appreciate the response to our "Recruiting" Department that they have all positions filled...." What a joke here again sounding bigger then they are.
The Ops. Manager yells at drivers for nothing at all, but when I yell back because I was sick for a week with Heat Exhaustion or Stroke from driving the truck from Houston to Dallas to get the air fixed because the lease company they lease OTR trucks from requires them to bring the truck(s) back to the Dallas location to get work done on the truck.
They expect that if you are dispatched a load that the P/U was 15 hours earlier when you are finally dispatched that you don't get those 15 hours back to make it a legal run, they expect you to run it anyway you can legal or not.
Caution they blame you for "Service Failures" But yet still let you work for them as they know that they are not getting many applicants that are qualified to work for them or would work for anyone who doesn't pay by the mile or offer a man with a family health benefits.
The owner sets up websites and email addresses for you to communicate with you but when you are released of your duties or vise versa he shuts everything down so you can't get in and see what you were doing. He never gets anything completed that you ask him to, IE Setting up my wife with a password to get in to see the statement of pay(I sent 3 emails and then gave up).
They supposedly don't want the drivers to have to deal with the Brokers because we might actually find out what the total being paid to the company is, I called them on it several times and they always had an excuse, But when the numbers don't match up you have to wonder what they are trying to pull on you.
I will think of other things that is wrong with this company.Last edited: Aug 14, 2012
