    Doing well so far today. Went grocery shopping and bought produce for salads, apples, cantaloupe, cold cuts for making sandwiches. I am eating a salad and ham wrap that I made! Going to try to get some walking in today as well.

    w9 watch the cold cuts theres a ton of salt in them.


    What I did/still do to lose my extra weight Brakefast at a subway english muffin egg whites 2 pcs of bacon black pepper no cheez few hrs later a beniva cracker blue beery total 450 cal later stop at wendys grillled chickin plain toss the bread just eat the chiken 130 cal or wendys has two graet salads under 350 cals 1/2 size with fat free pomegranate vinaigrette dressings.few hrs later maybe a nature vally bar the hard ones 190 cal then for dinner dennys grill talapea [white fish] i cant spell! and some steamed vegies and i drink NOTHING but water!!. I will stay under 1500 cals most days. I was walking 30 minits to an hour but just started to jog half of it!!

    This is just what i might would do on any normal day it has worked well for me on avarage ive lost 2 to 4 pounds a week and yes i know thats to much to fast but i have a lot of will power and a strong want to not be dead!! I was 258 now right at 200 it can be done!! even on them late night runs i dont care if its 3 am when i park im off for at lest 20 minit walk gota harden the F up!! get it done!

    You can still have McDonald's. It just depends on what you choose to eat there. Grilled chicken sandwich, apples, and water is 420 calories. Small chicken nuggets, apples, and water is 350 calories. What kills the calories is the fries and the soda. If you want a soda option, it's better to drink the powerade than the colas.

    Well I have been doing a reset in Mecca CA and its been 117 degrees so I haven't been out walking. It's just too hot . I have been eating healthy though. I have been making salad wraps and eating fruit. Starting to get rid of the cravings for fast food allready so hopefully be able to stay on track with the healthy eating. Might be time to try to put some money aside for a decent fridge in the truck instead of a cooler now that I want to keep fresh produce. Could always keep it in the reefer trailer I suppose LOL. .

    Mecca ? what is coming out of there this time of year ? i've always been up north with the produce in summer or at the border getting dry goods. Mecca was always cool weather produce for me. Hey you are near some massive swimming:biggrin_25520: take a dip lol

    Nothing coming out of here for me, just getting the reset in here as i needed it after unloading yesterday. Waiting on a load up to Toronto Canada. Possibly out of Bakersfield. Not too sure yet as I will have the load info Wednesday morning.

    Today so far so good. 2 salad sandwiches on whole wheat bread. Broke down and got a coke today, it's so hot around the areas I have been and I really like a cold coke when it's hot! "Cuzzin it" I ended up leaving Bakersfield and went up to Delano and am picking up grapes bound for Montreal Canada .
