871, same as yours.
-
What fuel economy are you getting ?
-
Hmmmm so your fuel has goane down you said you use to average 1.5
-
Yeah, but that's only after 2 trips, about another 8 or so to get an average.
-
I cant give you a honest fuel economy number due to this particular unit sits on high idle in camp all day (45 ton picker truck), but we do know for sure its not burning as much fuel. Gravel haulers in my area with the same engine are averaging 100 more litres of fuel in there tank at the end of the day. The complete delete is worth the money in fuel savings + the hassle of dpf/egr system problems.
-
Thanks for that, mine's only at early stages so I'll see how it goes in the next week or so.
-
Do you know what ECM code they used as a base you would need to plug in to it to see it will be Av.........
-
No I don't know, when I get to Cummins I'll ask them.
-
cool that will be interesting some of this stuff aint adding up read the post in the thread i started about all this snowy says his boost is only going to 40 psi with just egr deleted, thats what they do standard. gotta be diferent base files and fueling they are useing
gotta get to the bottom of this issue
