CR England should buy FFE, they are pretty much the same bs company. low pay and horrible fleece deals.
is there any good reefer company left out there that has not gone the route of CRE?

franktaylor and Wingnut1 Thank this. -
I drove for FFE for a year and a half hoping it would get better. It didn't. Very disorganized, no communication between departments, poorly staffed in an attempt to save $ somehow, 3 people on weekends answering phones/emails for over 1000 trucks, have a breakdown on a weekend? Good luck with that! Need a comchek? Good luck, waiting 2 hrs on hold isn't uncommon, waaay too many 'chiefs' and not enough 'Indians' in this company, stock is trading at a dismal $1.17/share = weak, ripe for the pickens for a buyout, how they make any $ is a mystery, need I say more? My advice from personal experience is STEER CLEAR OF FFE.

I didn't even finish orientation 10 years ago. They put on my DAC that I quit under load. Back then DAC was religion. I was never even placed in a truck. "Watch your Back".

After reading this thread I'm starting to feel real fuzzy inside
I will be starting with them next week the 26th, the way I look at it your taking a 50/50 chance with any of these training company's on the outcome, no matter what company you choose. FFE wasn't my first choice but training will cost me nothing if I stay a year or I can pay for my own refresher course and still have to start with some kind of starter company either way it's like flipping a coin, it all comes down to "do you feel lucky, punk".
I don't feel lucky, but I realize no matter what company you pick someone is going to say that it is the worst company ever and stay away. -
Yep, I was sent home because I was "not grasping" how to drive fast enough in week 2 for the instructor. I was sent home Tuesday afternoon with only a day and a half of ever driving down the road in a truck and them claiming that I was not grasping it fast enough. Give me a break. I hope they don't screw with my record so I cant go to another company driving school. I already have my permit, and my bp is 118/70.
Do I have to put that I was termintated from FFE since I was never actually hired?
