11 months down 1 to go before are start looking for something different(better). Miles for last 4 weeks have been 3k 4k 2.7k 2.7k so can't complain about that. Still same old headaches with pay roll issues and my dm being dumb or lieing but all in all things are decent with Jbs for me anyways.

it says i was discharged and it also says i have a unsatisfactory safety record. and neither are true. the only thing that happened while at jbs was i went over the pm miles, told fleet manager and was told to go and get loaded and we would worry about getting the pm later. well i was held over one weekend in greeley and was told by the shop not to ever do that again, and if i ever had a issue with getting a pm that i was to let them know. other then that nothing ever happened that is a unsafe record. so yea im now working with hireright/dac to get the jbs report changed. i wasnt fired or quit or discharged. i was put out of work due to the jbs medical doctor wanting me to get a sleep study done. and i complied with there request. and everytime i had my cpap machine results read it was never good enough. and everytime i had to jump thru more and more hoops. then at the beginning of march they sent someone to my house to pick up there truck. but in the meantime they let the truck sit from dec 2011 to march 2012. i tried and tried to jump thru all the hoops and in return i get left out in the cold by jbs. and who ever came to my house to get the jbs truck, they didnt have a courtesy to take my things out if it. so yea they also employ thieves as well. like really i had a t700. so how hard would it of been to take out the cb radio and mic, and 2 pillows and a couple of bed sheets? i was getting ready to go back so i was putting my stuff back in the truck. but no they wanted it back, which is fime after all its there truck. but the people could of at least took my things out of it prior to taking the truck. so yea jbs is a joke. i can also tell you that while i was there i got a email saying to goto jbscarriers.com and apply online for a driving position. like really, im already in one of your trucks. so yea i dont have anything good to say about jbs. about the only good thing i can say is the benefits are really affordable, and of course the truck i had was really nice, but outside of that jbs sucks

Hang in there you know Hire Right is being raked over the coals for posting wrong findings, wasnt long ago it was posted on here about the lawsuit. Hubby has never been happier since leaving JBS he is with Landair where they know you by name and DM treats you with respect, miles about 2000 plus mostly drop and hook and payroll is RIGHT check it out about hire right dont wait on them look for another job because it will come back that their info is right, no matter what you say.

And he's pulling a dry van so no more darn reefer, sucky meat plants, and sitting hours on end waiting to get loaded. I am pulling a van now total dock time for the last 3 weeks is less than 12 hours, heck I spent that long waiting on 1 JBS load :)

yes i have heard about hire right getting raked over the coals. and i know im up against the wall with this. but i know i will find another driving job here and soon. my biggest hurdle is this issue. but im not sure if i wanna go dry box or go back to pulling tankers again. just dont know right now. i have came across a few tanker companies but the trade off is being home every weekend or every night, and i just dont know if im ready to give up the over the road part. i kinda think i know which way im leaning. so i dont know. but thanks i will check out landair, thanks for the advice.
