lookin for info about schneider

i was going through training with werner but just about starved cuz they refuse to pay so i came home and drove in the oil fields for awhile. im wantin to get back on the road and i know schneiders training is only a few weeks. is schneider a better company than werner. how r the miles after training. how is the pay. how long after training is over do they get u a load comin back home. any answers would greatly be appreciated
