Apple Laptop or PC??

Oh here we go. Ya done opened the gates again... lol

 

It won't matter. Linux runs on either.

 

You will have less problems out of a Mac, But I use PC's due to cost

 

Laptops are portable.. Advantage.. Its just making sure it's safe

 

MY two cents, I switched to MacBooks two years ago and they operate flawlessly. I don't do much that isn't online based anymore and don't travel like I used to. I'm out and back home everyday. But I have had not one problem out of my now two year old MacBook pro. Recently updated to the 10.8 (Mountain Lion) OSX and that was easy and seamless and done right through the App Store.
Apple is pricy, and there are some things that you might still need a PC for, but the old saying "You get what you pay for" is definitely true.

BTW, I can't wait for the iPhone 5 and iPad Mini to be announced on September 12th. I'll be one happy camper.

 

I agree our family has been doing macs for about 5 or 6 years now we got MacBooks and iMacs and the operate flawlessly still. Never had to worry about spyware or antivirus crap. Pcs were just a pain in the ### with the spyware scans that you had to do and all that other stuff.

 

I have an 08 HP mini 210-1044NR... wouldn't want anything else, this laptop has been good and wonderful. Had a nasty virus once but Norton solved that.

 

If you've got the $- I don't really think there's a question. Go iOS all the way. Oh yeah, biscuit. Don't ya know the iPad mini is already out. They sell them in stores under the lable iPhone.
