If you have one picked out then take it for a test drive across a scale.

Define "exact" . Amount of fuel , tire size , accessories all alter the weight .

Does Freightliner put the weight on the sticker in the door jamb like Kenworth and Peterbuilt?

    new2me Thanks this.

that would be the ideal thing to do but its far away, it has a Detroit 12.7 maybe someone has the same type of truck :biggrin_25511: the companies with weight requirements must be hauling heavy loads

If you are a newbie, I'll save you some grief and a lot of money. DO NOT CONSIDER JB HUNT, you'll go broke.
The only way to find out the weight of a truck is to put it on a scale. Every truck out there is ordered as a custom truck downtown to the brand of wheel seal. Most trucks should be under 20k unless it has a long wheelbase or is a Volvo 780. The bottom line though is the more restrictions the company has on the truck like model year or weight, the less they pay.
