Im an angry hams

    So I was reading my DAC background check toay because another driver told me its a good thing to do . So I logged into my dac report after answering a ton of questions and got my report sent to me.


    Apparently I have a sexual offence on my record out of Texas from back in 93 where I sexual abused a teen oraly and performed sodomy.


    First off I was 17 back then

    second I have never derived pleasure from anybodies #### except my own.

    Third this is a total false entry. I have never sexualy abused anyone except maybe my self. I'm very angry that this crap is on my DAC and other than contacting them and telling them I hae never lived in Texas let alone had sexual relations with anything from or IN texas , I have no idea how to get this off my record. Funny thing is there is no case numbers attached to it where as the other things all have dates and case nubers.

    how does things like that get put on a dac anyways. specially if your only 17 and not working for any trucking compnay. you don't have a dac

    i think your talking about a criminal record. and sounds like you went to a 3rd party websight for a background on anyone with your name in your state.

    you need to actually request your dac. and it gets mailed to you. not emailed online.

    your criminal record is actually done in person. with fingerprints.

    in other words, you just handed some websight your credit card and gave them your money.

    its just like an error on your credit report.

    contact them with the facts, they will remove it.

    if they don't, then contact an attorney

    Their defense is going to be "Good Faith"...You won't really have a case until....The have refused to correct it....

    I worked for one major carrier that reported to DAC. I have never checked my DAC before, and its been awhile from the time i worked there. I run for myself now. I think the DAC is in the wrong hands, and should have law on wht can be put on it. I've had to many friends get dinged on DAC and screw them on getting a good job over false information.
