14'2 high? Almost if not taller than my trailer. If you have escorts that means they planned you a route, follow that and you'll be fine.

 

Make sure you read over your permits very carefully. Plan where you will stop for the fuel and for the night. It is not uncommon for over sized loads to be put off of major interstates when there is construction or low over passes. Being tall, you need to keep a close eye on over passes. That should not be a problem running out west, but is good to know. If you run through Flagstaff or Lubbock you won't be on I-10. When you haul over sized loads you could be routed a number of ways. But, most likely you will run I-10. Did I mention reading over your permits very carefully? Some cities have curfews for over sized loads. That is not always listed on the permit, but on accompanying pages. You will likely have a curfew in Phoenix and could be routed around the city. If you get caught out of route it is like you don't have a permit and the fines are very steep. Some states have maximum speeds for over sized loads. As I stated, make sure you read and fully understand your routing and permits before you move the truck.
