    explain to me how sexual offenses get posted on dac. especially without a carrier posting it. to a 17 year old that has no cdl or trucking job.

    i had to order my dac and wait 30 days.

    trucking companies use dac. not police agencies

    DAC/USIS/Hireright(whatever name this week) only compiles info on employment. MVR's,criminal records,ect they get from the county/state and then pass it on. If there are mistakes on those it is on the county/state.

    funny thing about this whole mess is I got hired by covenant with this on my dac and they never mentioned it and when I put my history down which ONLY felony is recieving stolen property AKA sunglasses 7 pairs... they did their BG check and hired me and I went thru dac got a confirm email and Oh it was some company called Hire right but it did say DAc report.. ah well Im pissed!!!

    wow I missed that whole thing because I have the forums saved in my favorites and NOT the front page. Seems I need to start from the main page,.

    It was almost 2 years ago this HAM was a newbie in trucking and although to many of you I've driven less time than many have changed their underwear , and I'm still a newbie, I've learned quite a bit these last two years.


    I love trucking, I hate the bosses.
