MTI Richfield Last Week 8/15/12

Here is another tip on backing. One of the things to do, is watch the path of your trailer tandems. Of course you watch the rest of the truck also, but if you see and anticipate the track of the rear wheels, it should help in making steering corrections.

LOL You defiantly know those phrases by the end of the 3 weeks with him. Also, "Button down over, down and back to me" as well. Chris is defiantly a very "spirtual" man lol ... love it!

It actually took me a couple days, hell maybe the first whole week to figure him out, but in the end he really wants every single person to succeed and be a excellent and safe driver for the company. He has a interesting way of getting you there, but it works well I think anyway.

My favorite though is " You may or may not of been doing the right thing, I am waving you off, but I am with you in Spirit" ROFL

 

I tested out with Chris last week and after only 30 minutes in the truck with him I seriously think my brain was dripping out my ears. I think he smoked a lot of weed in his younger days lol. He was super cool though and very helpful.

 

Ya he is super cool man .... I know some might not like him per say, I just think you really have to spend some time with the guy to get to know his humor. One thing I realized with him is that you he truly does want every single student to do well and you can tell he does care. He just has some very funny and interesting ways of phrasing and teaching things, but it works
