I drive a 587 company truck and I am getting water seepage from the edges of the rubber flooring and the padding is soaking wet. The only thing I can think of that is causing this is condensation from the AC not draining properly. I can feel the padding is soaked under a large portion of the rubber flooring. I am also getting water in the fuel messages intermittently on the dash. Are these related? Where is the AC drain at so I can check if it is clogged? What else could be causing this amount of liquid to form, as I have not been in any rainstorms for over a week?

alot of the times there is a drain tube that exits through the floor, look underneath for hoses and holes where there may have been a hose going through. sometimes the drain tube and be plugged up and needs a cleaning.

The drain tube is under the hood above the motor all the way at the back. There's two of them, little copper pipes with rubber tips. It really helps if the motor is cool before you try to reach back there.

Thanks for info. Found the drain tube and thumped it till all trash was out. Water poured out and my floors are now dry. Well still have to air out padding.
Sad thing is that I just had the dealer "fix" the clog a couple days before.
All is well and thanks again.KB3MMX Thanks this. -

I have a t660 2012 Cummins isx
Just changed o rings on the lines and fan clutch. For some reason it blows cold then starts blowing maybe 4 degrees lower and smells humid. Then it gets colder again and just keeps doing it over and over. Took it back to get vacuumed and recovered again. Still Same thing. What could’ve gone wrong. -

for some reason mine won’t drain unless the truck is shut off. Passenger floor is soaked. No drip while running. I shut it off and it pours out. Any ideas?
