Mostly I'm on sand up on the bass when I'm on lease, the last job I did was a 2 line / 11 pump 3 day thing out between drumheller and hanna.. 630 cubes downhole..
I've taken the pump course etc.. rig in/rig out, drive here, drive there.. since theres no sand on an acid job I had the iron trailer with the crane on the back to haul from/to the shop.. it was only about 185k each way.. not bad.

I always have a bag, good for about 4 days with me...
I dunno about the crew bus job, its kind of a sweet gig.. its 4k/month and 100/day when you drive - the bus's are brand new.. I have been driver evaluated on them and scored quite high so I've been shortlisted.

Its not as much money as whats coming in, but then again a friend of mine did 104k in his first year but his take home after tax was only 67k.. plus he was gone out all the time.. I'm not super hungry for money right now, I'd rather spend it with family.

 

11 pumps on 2 lines? What kind of rate do you guys run per line?

 

Just for this particular job, one new C-Pump, 9 horsepowers running, 1 on standby (we were using new graphite packing as a test) and one for water back pressure hooked directly to a tanker.

8 cubes / min - 630 cubes of acid, 1.5 hour of pump time (3 days of setup, preparation, break-down etc.. 72 hose connections on the ground since we didn't have a missile with us.)

I was just one of many pack mules on that job.

So what is available for fly in and out? How long do you have to be out? What about o/o's I will have my insurance settlement for my truck. I have all my old flat deck gear, tho the tarps might be too far gone.
