yep but i worked for 10 years for the same co and things got slow and i came off the road as many drivers do lol and ended up running for these clowns and i was ask to come back to my old job that was like my family and i was already dispatched to md then to sc and off 3 day before rolling again so i let them no i wasnt going back out so then they was going to send my trk back to ca and told me i would have to find my own way home they wernt bringing the truck in for me to quit so after the other guy laid down i brought the truck to the yard

CRST pay's there Team drivers 0.22 CPM which is split miles so it's really 0.11 CPM, now if Carolina Cargo is paying 0.10 CPM for solo yeah that's a #### shame and I almost wanted to drive for them because I have a big F on my record which is recent, but I am not knocking them cuz if I have to drive for them I will at 0.10 CPM because low pay is better than NO PAY!!

If you reread the threads here, you will see that it's .10 per driver, they are teams

Now are those miles split or total? If its total miles then that's not so bad for a rookie like myself with NO OTR experience and with a big ole F on my record.

I am new to this industry, but it kills me every time I see rookies with 0 months behind the wheel complain about pay or just even with 6 months experience do they not realize that getting the miles and experience under their belt is priceless or do I just have a bad attitude...?

How old is it I found a few companies that hire with Felonies...My buddy has a 7 year old felony and he just got a GREAT JOB and starting out at 0.39 cents per mile YES 0.39 cent solo starting out. Do ya research don't settle for less if u don't have too.

I just got approved with my felony and my starting pay will be 0.27-0.29 after my training/orientation...

Panther will consider drivers with felonies. They just wanna know what ya did and how much time was served. I had a co-driver once who had popped a cap in his father in-law...he still got hired. Another got busted for possession AND a B&E - he got in. It's not that they're scrapping the bottom of the barrel, they just understand that ppl do stupid things. So your a felon...the only difference between you and a lot of others (including me) is YOU GOT CAUGHT.

    dirtysouth Thanks this.
